[SBU Board] Advertising the SBU election

At the September meeting, we voted to advertise the open SBU position on
the unit website for 21 days and then select a candidate.

I don't see any such announcement on our website. I don't remember if we
talked about when we would begin this 21 day period, but it seems like it
should be soon. Thoughts?

If we're putting up an announcement, I nominate Jeff or Aaron to write it
and get it up on the SBU website.
