For hospitality, I will need someone to pick up the lunch from the grocery store.  And per usual, some help with the Sunday breakfast fruit and bagels (and you can take it home and prep as long as we get it back by 9:45).

Kim:  We need to arrange getting the cones you have access to to control the parking behind the building prior to the first day of the tournament, can you please coordinate that with me?  Thank you.

I will make some signs for the cones to deter bridge player parking behind the building.

I have confirmed janitorial service with Roberto and will discuss removal of garbage with him prior to tournament and advise outcome of that discussion in case we need to make alternate arrangements.

Ann Romeo:  Is there anything for hospitality that you need help with?

Caddies:  Ann Stephens has confirmed caddies for tournament.
