I’m in to help on the breakfast.  As for picking up the lunches, as I recall, one can’t both play and pick up lunches.  I’m playing.  But if I can do both, I volunteer.

Kim:  We need to arrange getting the cones you have access to to control the parking behind the building prior to the first day of the tournament, can you please coordinate that with me?  Thank you.

I will make some signs for the cones to deter bridge player parking behind the building.

I have confirmed janitorial service with Roberto and will discuss removal of garbage with him prior to tournament and advise outcome of that discussion in case we need to make alternate arrangements.

Ann Romeo:  Is there anything for hospitality that you need help with?

Caddies:  Ann Stephens has confirmed caddies for tournament.
