[SBU Board] ACBL Board of Directors Election

I just received word from the Director of Elections that there will be a
runoff between me and Marv Norden for the District 19 spot. At some point
soon everyone will get instructions for how to vote in the runoff election.

The approximate totals were 38% for me, 37% for Marv, 16% for Jerry, and 8%
for Barbara.
