[SBU Board] July Start Times

I know I don't have a vote, but considering it is a new venue (in a long
while) and down south, and Friday traffic is just such a lovely thing on
Memorial Day weekend, I prefer the 1 and 7, which should allow the
worker-bees a bit more time for the commute and to grab a bite to eat.​
