[SBU Board] July Start Times

I have no strong view on this, and will defer to the majority.
But I am a little concerned that our experimentation will lead to possible confusion, and people arriving too late to play.
Whatever Friday afternoon start time we select, we should give it special emphasis on the flyer.
There will be no chance at the tournament for any verbal heads-up about that time.

I vote 1 and 6:30 too.

  I favor 1:00 & 6:30 on Friday.

There's invariably an evening session followed by a morning session -- for most tournaments this occurs in the turnaround from the Saturday evening session to the Sunday AM Swiss session.

Option 2 has the advantage of setting up a little bit later, and potentially allowing working people to play the second session, but the disadvantage of a meal at 4:00. Option 3 has the disadvantage of playing late then starting early, but the advantage of having an available session for working people. (Is this important with the tournament in Bothell? I'm not sure how many Seattle people would come over anyway.)
