[SBU Board] Vasa Caddy Expenses

During the board meeting last evening, the question arose as to what were the expenses for caddies at the recent sectional.

On the quick look financials report for each tournament, the caddy expenses are "baked into" the depositable proceeds line item.  This line item also captured entry & lunch receipts, director costs, bride mates, hand record printouts, grass roots funds (to go to D19), computer and printer rental, expendables, $100 for lunch delivery service, etc.

Caddy expenses for Vasa were $400, as recorded in the Tournament Balance Sheet report, plus there was a $20 tip to caddies for extended tear down support.
