[SBU Board] Start times in October

I'm with Jeff on this one - let's get some data on our July Saturday start
times before we schedule the fall tournament with an early Saturday start
time.
I'm against moving the Sunday start time earlier. Doing so would get us out
a little earlier, but I don't think the slightly earlier end would be that
important to our players. Moving the time up makes it hard on people who
are driving or taking a ferry over, and have a long trip to get here before
game time.
