[SBU Board] Settling 2016 May and Fall Dates & Venues

Folks,

Remaining pieces needed to settle 2016 May and Fall tournament plans are falling into place.

David has confirmed with Matt that moving our fall 2016 tournament from Oct 14-16 (originally planned for Bothell) to Sept 16-18 (to align with availability of Kent Commons) would be sanctioned.  This, then, enables us to now go to Bothell for May 27-30, 2016 and to Kent for Sept 16-18, 2016. Susan has checked with Bothell and although they do not book dates until the first of the year in which event is to take place, there is currently nothing known that would interfere with the May 27-30 dates, nor based on history is there apparently much risk of not getting those dates.  

I will ask Kent to release the May 27-30, 2016 dates and book us for Sept 16-18, 2016.  This will likely necessitate payment of a near term deposit to hold the Kent dates; I'll check on that with Doug Siegert.  We'll rely on Susan to remain in close coordination with Beverly at Bothell to maintain our spot at the front of the queue for the May dates.
