[SBU Board] Sunday evening

Remember that we are having a short meeting after the unit game Sunday
evening at Eastside Bridge Center. There are three things we need to cover:

1. Coverage of responsibilities for the July tournament.
2. Postmortem of Kent tournament
3. Tournament committee report / discussion of 2016 sites.

Please review Tim and Mike's comments and John W's financial report from
Kent prior to the meeting so we don't waste time rehashing information
everyone already has.

Also if you are planning to attend the unit game, and you haven't done so
please sign up today. Much of the board making is already done, but there
is no way to accommodate non-signed-up players for this event without
speculatively doing a lot of extra work.
