[SBU Board] Entry Prices Sheet (Update of)

I will apologize in advance if this is on David & Aaron's tournament checklist.

We normally print out an 8-1/2 x 11 hard copy of entry prices (regular entry fee, Grass Roots premium, Swiss team entry, youth discount, etc.) before each tournament and give it to the DIC.

With this evening's action increasing entry fees, we need to make sure someone updates this sheet and gives it to the DIC (Matt).
