[SBU Board] Tournament Task Tracker

I have put together an online task tracker so we can make sure we are
attending to everything needed to put on our tournaments. It is an online
spreadsheet you can access here

It has a line for each task that must be performed, along with a deadline
for each. Tasks are automatically assigned to board members based on their
function (tournament chair, treasurer, webmaster, etc.). Tasks can be
reassigned if they are delegated to someone else.

There are only three things that you need to do with this sheet:

   - Check what tasks are assigned to you
   - Update the name if you have delegated or taken over a task
   - Change the 'completed' box to 'yes' a task has been completed

I don't think we have time to discuss this in the main meeting today, but
we can do so later this year. I will bring a printout tonight so I can make
sure that everyone is on task for the winter sectional.
