[SBU Board] Upcoming tournaments

Hi all,

Sorry that I didn't make the meeting on Monday.  After being away for a
week, it seemed prudent to visit with Sarah before heading out the door.

The SBU446_Tournaments spreadsheet contains the overview that I generally
bring to the board meetings.

The Tournament Task Tracker spreadsheet contains a tab for each tournament
to show what tasks are due.  Please take a look at this for the Oct and Nov
tournaments (2015_10 and 2015_11 tabs).

Specifically for Oct:

   - Jen, what's the status of the flyer?  If you send it to me, I can post
   it on acbl.org.  Susan / John, please make arrangements to print and
   distribute them.
   - I'll check with John Gram on arrangements for Bridgemates.
   - Aaron, please post the tournament on the website.
   - I'll arrange for the email blast by the time of our next board meeting.

For Nov:

   - Patti / Jeff, do we have a schedule yet? Are we going with the same
   schedule as previous I/Ns?  Let me know so that I can send it to acbl for
   approval.
   - Jen, once we have the schedule we'll need the flyer.

I think that's it.  Since I won't be in town for the next board meeting,
I'll review status and send an update a few days before.
