I don't have experience with buying lots of servers like some of you, but
generally most have been from Dell and I've been pretty happy with their stuff.
If you tell them you're from $BIGCOMPANY I'm pretty sure they will get you an
account manager. Such have generally been very helpful, even for a small-timer
like me. If I needed a configuration not easily obtainable from their website,
I wouldn't hesitate to call and get them working on it.
Their business support (I think that's what they call it) is based in Oklahoma.
Call it and you'll get someone that knows what they're doing, is available on a
direct line, speaks English, and will stick with you until the problem is
solved. That's been my experience, at least. I've heard others say similar things.
