My company has had good experience with Dell. We have been happy with
their server quality and their technical support. We do not have a lot
of servers, but we have helped clients to configure their Dell servers
(they all use Dell servers).

I have no experience with HP so I cannot compare the prices and or
services, but if you have a Dell account manager, then the prices drop a
lot.

Normally I will go to their web site to configure the servers I need
then I send the carts to my Dell account manager and ask him/her for the
quotes. The final prices can be dropped up to 20%-40%, besides the
discount the web site has already applied.

Anyway, I hope your server nightmare can go away, no matter which vendor
you go with. I am having some huge problem with the new ISP so I can relate.

Happy Thanksgiving !!!
