Hi,
Not quite sure what you mean - you're using a Windows DNS server and
want to replicate records to a Linux server, or do you have a Linux
server and want to replicate records to a Windows DNS server?
Either way, I would think just setting up one DNS server as
authoritative, then setup the other DNS server to forward requests to
the first one should be sufficient. Or, just use the one DNS server as
authoritative.
If you want to know how to setup a Linux DNS server as a Dynamic DNS
server that links to a DHCP server (so that, for example, a new
workstation or server that connects to the network automatically updates
the DNS server), there are some write-ups on the Internet for that.
