Virtualization Question ...

Ok, I have a 64 BIT test Mule set up Running Slack 64.
PLENTY of memory and Disk space to test things.

I want to Start installing some Virtual SERVER's, but nothing
like VM PLAYER or Workstation. I want the VServers to start
automagically along with their respective OS's at boot time.

Any suggestion on what to use ? Xen, VMware Sphere ? anyone done
anything like this ?
