Firefox/Iceweasel now a PITA/POS

This is pretty interesting.  You could setup multiple profiles, one
for each machine name and then do something like:

$ firefox -P `hostname`

The downside is that Firefox will still die a miserable death once in
a while and the easiest thing is to delete and recreate the profile to
eliminate the Firefox is already running problem.  Which I see, but
only a few times, also with NFS mounted home directories of users.
