In the U.S. yes. Other places are doing better. At least they are
spending less of the future today. I think the U.S. will find it
difficult to keep the dollar in it's unique position. When that changes,
the U.S. role in the world changes. It was a good 100 years. But that is
how this goes. The point is to do the change gracefully.
