There are conflicting opinions about that. Thus far the recovery (if
any) has been jobless. The number of newly jobless folks is declining
slightly, but there's no sign that any new jobs are on the horizon.
Many stock market analysts expect another big dive any time. Most of
this situation (like California) is self-inflicted. The Obama
administration has already spent most of the GNP for the next 3
generations. Most of that has gone to various financial interests that
don't and never will create any jobs.
These are bleak times.
