I use dreamhost.com... it's got a one click Joomla install. They offer 
unlimited everything for about 10.00 USD a month (this could have gone 
down since I signed up). I have found they can have a bit of downtime. 
But if you aren't running a commercial site it  should be OK.

I have also got a site on justhost.com at 3.95AUD it's a bargain... 
Again a one click Joomla install and cPanel.
