are very top-end but perhaps their head honcho (who I've cc'd) has 
someone in-house that could use a few bucks on the side, or know of 
someone who is a student that can help.  Anyone that you find that is 
doing this stuff seriously will obviously do html and css but will also 
have the whole javascript and flash kit.  You may or may not want to go 
that far but talk to these guys anyway.
