OT Hiring a designer

Happy New Year!

This is probably OT, but it will be deployed on Linux...

I'm needing to do a bit of web design work on a couple of sites. So I 
need a "designer". This will be on python django sites. I can handle the 
backend coding but I haven't an artistic bone in my body.

So I need a creative person with graphics arts skills and such to make 
it pretty and polished. Obviously this person needs to be skilled with 
HTML and CSS and graphics tools.

I gave up on finding such a person in my local area. So I'm going to 
look online. If no one has any suggestions I'll probably post a job on 
odesk.com (it seems to get good reviews).

Any suggestions?
