Domain Does Not Accept Fragmented Messages

Hi

It seems your Ricoh printer has a bug
I found this somewhere in a forum:

" I have a few client MFD's that do scan to email, which occasionally
break up the message into multiple fragments if the scan is too large.
Some of these scanners (specifically various Ricoh Aficio models) send
badly formatted emails (see attached example) which used to be blocked
properly in older versions of MS (4.62.9 as an example), but are not
reported properly in the newer releases (4.74.16, etc). The emails
basically contain extra spacing, which caused some of the fields to
double up (From, To, Content-Type, etc)."

Maybe a firmware upgrade for your printer will solve the problem

I received an undelivered mail notice this morning with the following 
indicated error:

"Domain does not accept fragmented messages - psmtp <in reply to end of DATA

command)"

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what this means in everyday English.

To put this in context, we have a Ricoh Multifunction Printer which we use
for 
scanning & emailing customer invoices. The email in question was one of
these 
invoices. The invoice is scanned, formatted as a PDF file, and then attached

to an outgoing email message to the customer. The subject line contains 
something like "Invoice Attached" and a simple "Thank you" or something in 
the body.

I also would like to know if there is a change that I can make in our 
configuration or procedure to avoid these returned emails.
