I understand why KDE made the massive changes in creating KDE4; but it
redefined me out of their "market".  Most of the new features remind me of
the cell phones on the market -- the manufacturers spent more effort on
social networking and multimedia than ergonomics and phone performance!  I'm
spending less, not more, time on the computer, so the new learning curve
failed the cost/benefit test.  Siimple and fast suit me just fine.

I'm back to trying XFCE4 and experimenting with Gnome.
