Not only me had this problem. Found on Fedora forum a lot of reports of 
the same problem and the bugfix 
NetworkManager-0.7.0.99-5.git20090326.fc10.i386 seems fixed it. I 
downloaded the above version along with its accompanied packages and NM 
works fine now.
