Unless IBM has a competing virtualization solution I might think they would 
consider it a valuable acquisition. Even if they have one they might, in the 
least, combine the two and make one yet better product.

Not very long ago we near hated IBM and regarded Microsoft as a savior. Now 
it's almost opposite. I still tend toward this being good news.

Frankly I'm more curious as to what would become of OpenSolaris and whatever 
remains of AIX. Not that I use either one.
