Don't feel bad.  Crossword puzzle creators still think spiders are insects.

The only reason I look forward to Monday is that the difficulty level
drops, then increases through the week.  I've seen this pattern in
several syndicated puzzles.  I only do Monday through Wednesday.  I'm
not saying whether I ever finish.   ;-)
