Work-a-round for GMAIL's mucho el stupido configuration

I've gotten used to the quirks of gmail. I have no need to see my sent
mail appear in Inbox. Whenever anyone replies, it's all there in the
thread.

Carefree email from anywhere, and gmail eats approx. 1000 new spams per week.
