Probably Swedish, even though our company language is officially  
English. I have asked for English. i will see what I get. They are  
pretty inflexible. I don't think anyone outside IT support uses  
VMware. But I refuse to give up my openSUSE (our products run  
primarily on it, after all...), so this is a compromise. If the Web- 
based time report system didn't require MS Java specifically, I would  
probably not bother. I had CrossOver office working for a bit, but it  
was too fragile.
