Axis and  Stardot, both pretty good and can be seen at:

www.bmarsh.com/weather

The main camera is a Stardot and the 'backyard' is an Axis that has been in 
use since 2001 and was never intended to be an outdoor camera, but that's 
where it is.  (probably blurry at the moment since the weather has warmed.)

Both will FTP pictures to a place of your choosing but can also be accessed in 
real mode.  Both run linux internally and can be maintained by a linux system.
