Fedora 9 - not bad not bad

I have been a Ubuntufile for a while. But just installed Fedora 9 and I
must say that it's quite good. Although it misses a few of the 'it just
works' features of Ubuntu i.e. My HP PSC1610 had to be manually
configured whereas Ubuntu does it automagically and although Ubuntu
borrows system-config-printer from Redhat they actually do it better.

The Fedora experience however, is really actually quite good. Meaning
I'm going to run it as my every day OS for a while.

I tried Suse 11 recently but well, KDE4 has shifted it's paradigm into
Click --> Click --> Click --> finally an action territory. So Suse for
me was a let down.

You know there are problems with a distribution by reading forums and
finding the true believers in a product are spending a lot of time
having to mentally construct Camelot out of a pig-sty.

Anyway Fedora 9 thumbs up.
