I would agree with the asus, which we have 2 of in our office, using
dual core amd cpu's, and they scream. RS482-M754 is the number of the
boards, running amd 5000 dual cores. (I don't think this particular
board supports quads.)

I have a gigibyte GA-MA78GM-S2H running a dual core which is fine, and
supports quad cores, but some don't like the built in Radeon 3200 HD
graphics, which work under Debian Sid using the closed source ati
drivers from their website. (Ubuntu automatically set them up after a
prompt). However, I had to use a daily build of the Debian netinst cd to
recognize my funky setup, which has 2 ide hd's, one sata hd, and one
sata cd/dvd. Under the normal Debian net install, the cd/dvd would not
be recognized.

Anyway, it works.
