There are some distros of Linux that will run on this and some that
probably won't.  These days, 32Mb RAM is nothing.  You definitely
won't run X on this.

I suggest starting simple.  You didn't mention if you had a floppy or
CD -- hopefully your system will boot from a CD.  If so, you can d/l
the slackware CD and try to boot from that.  If there is a choice of a
low memory install, choose that.  Stick to the basics and forget
graphics until you have a minimum of 64Mb RAM and a 256Mb swap
partition (or about triple your RAM).

I'm not sure if any distros still offer bootable floppies -- they're
kinda museum pieces now.  But that's a long, hard install going that
route.

Anyway, keep us informed and ask questions -- after Googling.
