I was one of the eDesktop fans; but not one of the knowledgable users.
There was just something wonderful about playing Ms PacMan or Tetris from
within the OS installation process!
I've never quite settled in with the same comfort level with another Linux
distro -- I still use FreeBSD, mostly. But I want lightscribe, so I keep
trying.
FYI - Caldera eDesktop 2.4 is still available from CheapBytes! (I'm not

I tried OpenSUSE 11.0 last week. I couldn't, for the life of me, get wifi
access to a WEP protected network. I have access to this network working
easily in other operating systems.
SUSE tends to be a very strong distro; but people tend to either love or
hate YAST.

Has Libranet completely died? Or have others been allowed to pick up the
torch?
