Make growisofs Write a DVD

Bah!

I wanted to burn a DVD of the Fedora 9 beta. The ISO is somewhat south
of 4GB in size. All I had were some dual-layer DVD blanks. Sure, it's
imprudent to waste a dual-layer DVD this way, but I was working with what
I had at hand.

So, I crank up growisofs to burn the DVD. It stops and refuses to create
the DVD because doing so would waste over 50% of the space. Yeah, I knew
that; do it anyway. Nope, growisofs (and the GUIs that use it) steadfastly
refuse to let me waste the DVD.

Bastages! Do what I /say/ dammit, not what you /think/ I /ought/ to do!

I finally gave up and used dvdrecord.
