A tip from the Cross Over documentation: edit the /etc/fstab line for 
the CDROM/DVD you will install Office from and add "unhide" (no quotes 
of course) to the start of the 4th column: e.g. 
unhide,defaults,ro,noauto, user, exec

This deals with hidden files on the Word install media Linux does no see 
by default.  Some Linuces expect "nohide" rather than "unhide."
