Perhaps not attractive because of the need for external cablers to do
splicing but Multimode fiber optic cable will do what you want with
Media Convertors on both ends.
I'm using it to do building to building and you can have 10/100 or Gigabit.
Also Black box has ethernet extenders which extends ethernet over VDSL

30Mbps at 600M may suit you fine.
