Yes, I went back and used fdisk and now it's fine. I had an earlier
problem that somehow motivated me to let the installer set up the
partition how it wanted to. And I see from the install options that I
can let it set GRUB up as a chain loader if I want to take that approach.
Then I also need the evil OS installed, so mostly this is just practice.
