No kidding... I agree with Pascal, the temptation is great to have the
latest. Sometimes the latest breaks. If you're serious about a stable
system then doing the exclude path is the way to go. I get emails daily
from fedora-updates and you can pick and chose when to update if a
compelling reason is noted. I've seen 20 such notices in one day. What
you may wish to consider is to burn and install from the live-FC6 CD and
then yum install (or use smart) to install everything else you want via
the net, if you have a fast connection. Only one CD to dnload. Ric
