Spamassassin can score based on Received: headers that come from sites
listed on one or more RBLs.

In order:
	dul.dnsbl.sorbs.net
	zen.spamhaus.org
	korea.services.net
	combined.njabl.org

We use an extensive whitelist before testing for RBLs.
