It's a Dell notebook, but I have to be fair to say that I have had very
good support from Dell so far. One time I had a hard drive problem on a
server, it took them a short time over the phone to check the problem
then they told me I would have a drive replacement by 12PM. I thought it
was 12PM the next day, but they had some local carrier to bring the
drive from Dallas to Houston the same day I reported the problem.
