I'm not a SUSE user but generally if your X is respawning too fast and
it is disabled then you should still be able to get a console login
using CTRL+ALT+F(1-5).
Is SUSE 9.3 still using xfree? I know that if you run xorg -configure it
will do a probe of your hardware and write a new config to
/root/xorg.conf.new I'm not sure of the exact command for SLES.
If the above doesn't work then try Knoppix or a rescue disk to get into
the config.
