I've been installing the daily builds of the net-install cd for etch
(with the spiffy new gui installer) every 3 or 4 days for a week or two
now. I think the new installer is great and Etch is, well I wish they
would hurry up and release the damned thing. It's ready already, at
least as far as i386 desktops are concerned. 

At any rate, I just put the final bits in place on what is my last test
of the installer. It's a keeper. A dual-boot system: Ubuntu 6.10 (Edgy)
upgraded to Feisty and Debian 4.0 Etch (or at least what will be when
it ever gets released :). I'm up to my eyeballs in Gnus already <g>

OK, back to lurking...
