Australia has a strange immigration policy. They seem to take a lot of 
disadvantaged people from all sorts of 3rd world usually Asian 
countries. At the same time for someone to immigrate from Europe that 
person needs to prove that they are going to be a boon for our economy. 
e.g. Degree in Engineering, 20 yrs left of productive employment etc.
