I might agree, but the price was certainly right, and the fact that when 
the power supply went out on my old emachines (speaking of elite!) it 
took the m/b with it (crud!!) had me looking for a very cheap fix. 
Mostly it's a window xp machine, and works okay for that, in spite of 
the questionable ati video. (combo rs482 m/b and amd+3200 chip for about 
$50)
