ADMIN: irc server moved

I'd like to take a moment to send a HUGE thanks to Vu for hosting our IRC 
server (since day #1 of the irc server). I've recently reorganized/completed 
some things in my personal life that allow me to spend the needed time on 
this community, so I'm slowly rebuilding the infrastructure. I've previously 
moved the mail server to my new online provider (www.quantact.com) and this 
week I've done the same for the IRC server. I've transferred all the old data 
and settings, so everyone who had registered a nick should still have it with 
the same password. All previously registered channels should be there as 
well.

Again, I want to extend a huge thanks to Vu for helping bring this service to 
life and for allowing us the use of his resources.
