Sounds like it is pretty much as to what I figured, I like Postgres because of
TCO, the same for wxWidgets, yes it does ROCK your boat especially if you have
performed the .Net crap.
I just did a quick look see at Postgres, it appears that all Uniz / linux
distros and M$ Oses are supported.
The amount of data to be stored will be substantial and is based on how many users
are on the system. The data will not be massive, but could get to half a million
rows. With approximately 32 tables, not real large or unwieldy. This is a Contact
Manager with a PIM in a single package, with plugin support. It will be a
Client - Server system however. Everything is in the planning phase. Oh yea, I plan
to sell it to users.
