That sounds familiar.  We're about 20,000 feet from the QWorst
CO, and have had several instances where our T1 has gone down for
extended periods of time -- 29+ hours on one occassion when it
went down on a Saturday night.  Their excuse for the slow repair
was that it was dark out and one of the technicians was a woman
so it was a ``safety'' issue.
