Let me guess:  rich people from So Cal leaving LA and selling their 
places (at least maybe a year ago) and buying a place the same size for 
half the money, and driving up the price of housing for everyone else.
(no flame please,  I'm from LA.  I can empathize with the Oregonians  ;-) )
